Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@sanoresse.com to start your return process. You must provide your order number, which you received in an email or on a paper invoice directly from us.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please examine your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refund

Once we receive your return package, we will process the inspection within 7 business days and issue you a full refund within this timeframe. Once the refund is processed, you should receive the money back in your account and statement within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank, credit card or payment processor).

Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@sanoresse.com

Delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If an order is already in transit, refunds cannot be issued until the item has been delivered and returned to us.
